In this one, Ian and Liv talk about the Challenger, a United States Space Shuttle that exploded during it's launch back in 1986. Despite all of the warning signs in the years preceding the tragedy, officials at NASA proceeded with the launch, which ultimately claimed the lives of the seven astronauts on board.
